How do I book a room?

Click on any of the BOOK NOW buttons and it will take you to the booking page where you will see room availability and nightly rates.

How do I add a pet?

After you click one of the BOOK NOW buttons and add a room to your cart, you will be asked to add the pet fee.

Do you haVE A GIFT SHOP?

Yes, we have an online store where you can purchase Park Motel and Cabins branded items to show your support for your favorite Adirondack motel or to find great deals on outdoor gear. Check out PMC Outfitters, now!

Do the cabins have bathrooms?

Yes, the cabins each have their own bathroom, which includes a stand-up shower, toilet, and small sink. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper as it will clog the pipes and your credit card will be billed a $500.00 plumbing fee if you are found to have caused the issue.

Can I book a room over the phone?

No, we are currently not taking reservations over the phone. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are currently short-staffed and it can be difficult for us to answer every call. Please click on the BOOK NOW buttons to make a reservation.

Do you accept cash?

No, we do not accept cash.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is anytime after 5 pm. If you will be checking in after 8 pm, we ask that you please call to let us know when to expect you. You will receive a welcome email with information about which cabin or room you will be in. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email. Your room will be unlocked so you can check in whenever you like after 5pm. No need to check-in at the office. Check-out is at 10:30 am.

When can I use the pool?

Please check in at the office to sign the waiver and get the key to use the pool. The pool is available from 9 am to 9 pm. However, if there is no staff available the pool will be closed. Please read the pool rules carefully. ***Pool is currently not operational. It will be back summer of 2024!***

Do you offer corporate rates?

Not at this time. We may offer corporate rates for the motel in the off-season, which begins in October. Please check back at that time.

I’ve never stayed with you before. What can I expect?

The Park Motel and Cabins has recently come under new management and we are actively working on improving the operations and amenities. We would like to be very upfront with our guests and make it clear that we are not a high-end resort that is capable of meeting your expectation if that is what you are looking for. Our cabins are currently very rustic and only offer very basic amenities and are reminiscent of a summer camp you may have stayed at as a child. The motel offers more room and is what you would typically expect of a motel in the area. Our plan is to update the rooms and cabins and provide a better experience, so please be patient and check out our progress over the next couple of years.

What if I damage something?

If you damage something in the room or on the property you will be charged based on those damages. Damages may include plumbing issues caused by flushing items other than toilet paper (wipes, feminine hygiene products, washcloths, etc.). The plumbing in the cabins uses a lift station with a pump. Flushing anything other than toilet paper will cause the pump to malfunction and will result in a $500 charge for the repairs. If it is found that you have been smoking (cigarettes or any other substances) in the room you will be charged a damages fee. You will also be charged for any damages caused by your pet(s).

Can we book the entire place for a wedding?

No, we are not currently staffed to handle anyone booking the entire place for a wedding.

What about booking multiple rooms for a wedding/bachelor/bachelorette party?

Again, No. We are not able to accommodate large groups at this time. Also, we have found that large groups looking to stay for events such as weddings tend to increase the chances for damages (please see above) and we do not feel the risk is worth the reward.

Do you offer housekeeping services during our stay?

Due to COVID, we do not offer regular housekeeping services such as cleaning your room while you are out during the day. Please let us know if you need more items such as towels, toilet paper, or soap and we will gladly provide you with those. If you have a large amount of trash, we ask that you bring it to the dumpsters located near the pool. The one on the left is for recycling and the one on the right is for trash.

Can we have a fire and do you provide firewood?

Yes, you may have a fire in the designated fire pits. Please do not start a fire anywhere other than the designated areas. We do not provide or sell firewood, but the store next door usually has bundles for sale.

 

 Things To Know Before Your Stay

Check-in: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Your room will be unlocked and the key will be in your room. Check your email for your room number. You may need to check your spam folder.

You will not need to come to the front office to check-in.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. Just leave your key in your room and the door unlocked.

Absolutely No Smoking Inside; however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pool Rules
Stop by the office to sign the wavier and get the key. If staff is not available they may have had to leave the motel to run errands, in which case the pool will be closed until they return. Please be patient as our staff are human and are entitled to having a life.
This Swimming Facility (Park Motel) is not supervised by a lifeguard or other Motel employees. NYS Health Department requires we follow the following rules. Please read and inform your group of all the rules as states below.

*NEVER SWIM ALONE: A minimum of two adults 18 years of age or older must be present whenever the pool is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck.

*THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR ADEQUATE SUPERVISION: All children under 16 years of age must be accompanied to the pool by a parent or guardian, or a similar adult responsible for their safety & behavior.

*IN AN EMERGENCY PLEASE NOTIFY MOTEL MANAGEMENT:
*ALWAYS SIGN IN AND OUT: Only use the pool during posted hours of operation from 9 am to 9 pm.
*NO ALCOHOL
NO GLASS CONTAINERS IN THE SWIM AREA
NO PETS ALLOWED IN THE POOL ENCLOSURE
SAFETY RINGS ARE PROVIDED FOR RESCUE USE ONLY. THEY ARE NOT TOYS

PLEASE USE THE FACILITIES IN YOUR UNIT BEFORE ENTERING THE POOL. NO DEFECATING OR URINATING IN THE POOL. Pollution of the pool is prohibited.


Park Motel and Cabins is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please email us at least 3 (three) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $35 processing fee per room.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than three (3) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
